I've been Julie's patient for almost 2 years. I'd give her more than 5 stars if the ratings allowed us to go higher. I'm 88. I wear 2 hearing aids. Julie has calibrated them to such a fine degree that I am barely aware of them. My hearing seems perfectly normal. If necessary, I can very easily adjust the volume. I appreciate the fact that she explains your situation regarding your options, terms of warranty, etc. She recommended that I have a free factory check=up before my warranty expires in order to get a bit more time on my current aids. Clearly she's helping me save money and is not trying to sell me new hearing aids as soon as my warranty expires. I have a lot of "sticky" ear wax which means she cleans my hearing aids two or three times a year, very cheerfully, at no cost. Julie is more than an outstanding audiologist; she is a caring person.
