Julieann has been my PCP for four years, and I am going to look for a new one. She has consistently made condescending remarks about my use of birth control and concern for thyroid issues (which run in my family). She lacks empathy and once forgot to come check on me for about an hour while I waited in the room. Don’t go to see her unless absolutely necessary, and get ready to have your basic intelligence insulted.

She is my PCP; however every time I call to make an appointment, she advises me to just visit an urgent care. None of my conditions have been urgent. She also advised she would only meet with me for a yearly check-up and all other needs would be referred out to specialist, even complete physicals. A PCP is suppose to work with you, understand your health and your history. This "PCP" knows nothing of me and seems to not want to assist me with healthcare needs. Will no longer be my PCP.

NP Nipp is thorough and responsive. She takes your issues seriously and orders appropriate diagnostics to figure out what is going on. Because she takes such care and time with each patient, though, I recommend scheduling an early appointment, since she tends to back up in the afternoon.
