Since I walked in the door the staff at Dr. Arroyo's office has made the experience very positive. The front desk staff is very friendly, and explains the paperwork process thoroughly. Dr. Arroyo and his medical staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. They were willing to take the time to answer any questions I had, and I did not feel like I was rushed. Will definitely be back for future visits.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They took the time and listened to us and what we wanted as well as were very professional during the exams. The office and equipment was spotless and the whole experience was probably the best I have ever had for an eye exam.

Dr. Arroyo is a great doctor, he is available any time and helpful. In general the staff is good but Mrs. Lety Reyes is awesome and very nice with the kids.
The clinic is beautiful and makes you feel comfortable. The only thing is that you have to be patient because the waiting time is more than you expect.

I've been wearing my molds since last summer. I had a lot of problems with my glasses staying on and always being cloudy. Now - no problem! I see great without glasses. Dr. Arroyo and his staff are always so courteous and helpful if I have questions!

I am new to needing glasses with changes to my eyes due to age. I have nor done well adjusting to wearing glasses and felt that my vision was just getting worse. I was not at all sure which direction to go and Dr. Arroyo and his team took time and care to make the best decision for my eyes. I feel listened to and cared about and like I have an advocate for my overall health and quality of life.

Dr. Arroyo was very polite when he was examining my eyes. He answered all of my questions and the high tech machines made my visit quick and painless! Other places dilate but they didn't and I'm able to keep the pictures of the back of my eye! I will definitely come back if I have any problems with my eyes. 10/10!
