Never had such a bad experience. Argued with me when I tried to tell him my symptoms. He mentioned it could be something but I would have to have a headache. I told him I had a migraine for several days which was documented in my ER visit. Then he said I was changing my symptoms on purpose to fake a diagnosis to get antibiotics! Seriously! I have stage IV breast cancer and was scared because my white cells were very high and I never felt so bad in 13 years of treatments. I couldn't get in with primary and didn't want more scans and radiation in ER for an infection. He said I was putting the whole community at risk for asking for antibiotics. I understand antibiotics are over prescribed and I refuse to take them unless necessary. I had been running a fever for several days, felt like death and just wanted help, not an arrogant doctors' assistant who is defensive, rude, roles his eyes and tells you you shouldn't have come in. I just starting crying. Then he rolled his eyes again laughing

I’m never going to see this PA again! He is very rude anddismissive of my concerns. He needs to take a class on bedside manners!

Has to be the worst experience with a Doctor, was so rude just plain didn’t care about anything that was happening pretty much told me to to just deal with it somehow. I highly don’t recommend him. As for all the other staff they were awesome..

Zero Stars. This guy told me he didn't want to hear my symptoms. Rolled his eyes. Was uncaring and unsympathetic. He literally told me that he spent 3 times more time on my visit than was scheduled and that there were sicker patients in the rooms next door. I have never had such an awful "doctor" visit and left the office crying. On top of that he never called me to discuss the results of blood tests that were taken. I didn't take other tests because I don't ever want to see him again.

Uncaring, did not examine me, and told me my sore throat is caused by heartburn.. which I do NOT have. This guy is a joke and I will never see him again.

My son had to see Julio Hernandez this morning because we could not get in to see his regular primary care physician. I have NEVER, EVER, had such a bad experience with a physician or physician's assistant in my life. He was rude, uncaring, and did not even examine my son. He said there was nothing he could do and mocked us when we tried to ask questions. We ended up walking out of the office. I would refuse to see hi again. It was a terrible experience.

I have been seen at this office by several physicians and physician assistants and never have I been treated so poorly. Julio was unpleasant and showed no compassion. He did not try to look into the problem I was having, he just said there is nothing he could do. He laughed as I was speaking to him about my symptoms and belittled me. The only reason I saw him was because my primary care physician is out of office for a little while and I will never go back to him or recommend him to anyone.

He shared a lot of knowledge and talked with me about well-being practices other than medications. Her was very personable and did not just get me in and out. I would definitely go back to him knowing I could ask questions and get sincere and valuable information back.
