Made an appointment to see this provider as a new patient. She was almost an hour late to see me due to traffic, which was understandable. However, she barely made eye contact since she was always typing on the computer, only asked closed-ended questions so I didn’t get to talk, and was unable to explain anything she was talking about. It seemed that after 30 seconds she knew everything she needed to know, and I didn’t feel heard at all. She would interrupt me and just listen to respond, not listen to hear. The nurse or whoever she was who brought me back was also extremely rude and condescending. Needless to say I will not be returning.

During my visit, my concerns were dismissed in a condescending manner, and I was prescribed a medication that is actually contra-indicated for the condition I was consulting for. I never received any explanation of what the medication actually was until I picked it up from the pharmacy and realized I could absolutely not take it. Will not go back.

Dr. Jung is not a good provider, she doesn’t listen to her patients nor does it seem like she cares, very judgmental & comes off kinda rude . I did not feel as if she helped me on my last visit to see her & the only reason I saw her was because my ACTUAL pcp was not in that day so I got set up with her unfortunately which sucks . I got a genesight test done & she DIDNT EVEN SEND IT IN, results usually come back in 2 days so I called them & what do you know they still don’t have em so I called genesight & they have no record of the test being sent in which is beyond ridiculous because this is very important for me & my mental health . She also tricked me into taking a urine sample which I didn’t even understand why I was even asked to give a sample, come to find out she was drug testing me & didn’t even tell me . I called again to find out about my genesight results & still nothing, asked about the urine sample results they wouldn’t even give me the information about MY OWN results.RUN!

She is condescending and doesn’t listen to patients. She will ignore what you are telling her and speak to you like you are stupid. In a 2 minute conversation she thinks she knows all she needs to know about someone and is rude and a terrible provider. Avoid at all costs.
