Extremely arrogant, rude and lacks of empathy. Also, he seemed very disattached while doing his work,(helping patients).

Went in with a broken bone and in an excruciating amount of pain. He acted like I was having a panic attack and even wrote so in his notes (I was not - the EMT already had commended how calm I was for the amount of pain I was in) and almost refused to get me an x-ray. He finally relented saying "I am only doing this because YOU want it but I don't recommend it". Brushed off my break, which I ended up needing surgery and am still dealing with complications six months later. Also had a LONG wait in the ER even though there were only four people in the waiting room and almost no one in the actual ER.

RUDE & GASLIGHTING! Arrived with a developmentally disabled patient who had fallen and hit their head. Blood work and sent back to waiting room. When we finally were bought back I started to give the history of the patient to Justin PA. He's said he wasn't listening to my tyrant.. it wasn't his job to look for a UTI or case if fall just to exam the patients head for injury. I asked for another provider.. he left the room and cancelled the CT scan of the patients head! Two hours later a Dr took over and ordered numerous tests..... he attempted to gaslight a developmentally disabled patient. A patient who could not advocate effectively for theirselves. Never, ever leave a loved one alone at FHH. Particularly one that cannot effectively advocate for themselves!!O
