Justin Feldchau, ANP is an EXCELLENT practitioner! In my husband (the patient’s) case, specialized, comprehensive, cost effective geriatric treatment is provided. Acute, chronic, preventive care needs are met Wait times are usually 5-15 minutes Office staff are friendly, competent, helpful and follow up on requests promptly He performs thorough assessments; physical, psychosocial, age adjusted; ie memory tests, safety, etc Prompt referrals as necessary/collaborates with specialists Justin doesn’t make us feel rushed/hesitant/stupid when we bring up needs, concerns, or ask questions; all addressed, including education to our understanding and satisfaction We are included in the planning of care: he follows up closely and effectively on changes in the treatment plan. Reviews meds each visit; ensures they are effective and without adverse effects Justin calls me if my husband goes alone for an appt and there is something that is important for me to know or follow up on.

I see Nurse Practitioner, Justin Feldschau, on a frequent basis when one of my "conditions" get meaner than usual. He explains everything, leaves nothing to guess, runs all the tests needed, makes every referral & even 2nd opinions, if you feel the need. No matter how bad you feel while sitting in that exam room waiting, you can not help but smile when you hear those boots coming down the hall! He is kind, compassionate, understanding, agreeable, truly concerned, wonderful sense of humor, great listener, even if he has an office full of patients he gives you his entire attention, no matter how bad or ill I am, I always leave feeling better & that progress was made towards my care. Very easy to talk to. Caring man he won't give up until he finds the problem. Will spend as much time with you for you to understand. I love how down to earth he is. Helps my husband and I. He is the reason we now live a happy and healthy lifestyle. He edjucated us and took real time to help my family. We have so much to be grateful for. He really is an amazing guy.
