Also if you want to deal with an inept office staff and incompetent technicians, then this is the place for you. If you want to spend your time and money with a dishonest, insurance cheats, and a non-communitive company that disposes of your prosthetic with no phone call, email or letter, and won’t return your calls, or answer registered mail, well again this is the place to get all these extra benefits. Go somewhere else even if its out of your way, more expensive or whatever, steer clear of this business.

Seriously took advantage and I believe fraudulently billed for a product not needed and caused more damage, that required further surgery. Other than that oh, he's a great guy.
