PA Justin Miller and DR. Ken Kozlow
These 2 make a great team, I have so much respect for them. They both are passionate about what they do. Dr. Kozlow performed 2 spinal operations and Justin assisted. Both were 100% successes.

Dr. Kozlow, Justin and all the staff.
From the first I went to the office until now it has been a very good experience. We have always been treated with the utmost respect. We always got our questions and concerns addressed. Appointments always on time and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend their office.

I’m so glad I went to Justin and Dr Kazlow I was in a lot pain prior to the surgery . They listen , they care and are trustworthy that they have your best interest . I wished I had seen them sooner then I did

Justin was extremely personable and professional. He listened to my issues and did not pre-diagnose me. Even though I did not get the immediate answers I was for, he and Dr. Kozlow arranged for further testing. Their entire staff are a pleasure

Caring and Takes Time
Justin Miller is great! I really appreciate how efficient and on-time the entire OAM staff is—never more than a couple minutes wait time. Although, it helps to pre-register on-line and arrive a few minutes early. Justin Miller is friendly, caring and he takes his time with you as a patient , and he answers all questions without you feeling rushed. I highly recommend Justin and Dr. Koslow.
