Both the Audiologist and Nurse practitioner were very skilled, knowledgeable and patient. I did mention to the receptionist that i would have appreciated being told that i was being scheduled with the nurse practitioner and not the Dr. I feel that would have given me as the patient a choice. Overall it was a very pleasant visit.

Communication is often a barrier between medical and non-medical individuals. I feel that I explained a symptom and possibly my words did not covey the symptom correctly. However, I don't feel that the physician attempted to dig further into or go another route about asking questions on the symptom.

From start to finish my visit is always a pleasant one. Even with the Mask Mandate, the level of professionalism and overall friendliness remains constant. All thoughts and/or questions are always answered, no matter how minor. From my hearing test to my cleaning, no complaints or concerns.
