I hate getting these doctor wanna be”s that think they know it all. After being sick with a sinus infection for 10 days I still could not get a prescription from her. Then she compared to her dad who’s in his mid 60’s also…. I ended up getting my prescription from a real doctor who thought it was ridiculous this person made me suffer for 10 days….

Kind, down to earth and helpful.

Justine Gover, P.A. was the initial person to field my telehealth appointment. I spelled everything out on my intake and, while I'm not a doctor, I know my body and told her exactly what the problem was and she managed to ignore it. She understated what the problem was so I sent in a follow up and said that what she sent to the pharmacy is NOT what will help so I won't be picking it up. Luckily a Nurse Practioner listened and read (instead of skimmed, which I think is what Justine Grover did) what I wrote and the other one was more successful.

While probably technically competent, she is a terrible communicator. I was made to feel my questions were stupid, I was wasting her time and I didnt need what I was asking about (a travel CPAP). She wouldn't provideca prescription for it. She didn't want to provide a CPAP travel letter for the current machine either. Although she did eventually provide the letter it was only after much eye rolling and argument about needing it. She made me feel stupid for asking though ResMed recommended it. She ultimately caused me to avoid folowing up for treatment because of her attitude. Terrible encounter in November 2022. I did see her earlier in her career and found her adequate. Now I would avoid her.
