Don't go to if you have lots of questions
When I've gone in they give you a sheet that describes the things you can talk about at a wellness check and things you cannot. And I have asked her to clarify the last couple times I was there because it's a bit confusing and she has responded with comments like 'I feel like you always ask this' and an annoyed expression. And at my last visit I asked about using an expired epinephrine pen, because I am allergic to bees, and all I have on hand is an expired one. And she told me she couldn't give me any medical advice about that. I just always feel like she has a bad attitude towards me when I'm in there and the questions I ask are annoying to her. So I will be finding a new provider.
