Dr. Lassen gives 300% of her attention to you as the patient, and takes great care to make sure all of your questions are answered and you both collaborate on any future plans, etc. Best doctor I have ever had, and I am 62 years old! So lots of doctor's in the past!

One of the things I appreciate is VM's PAs and DRs willingness to refer to specialists and also give options. EG: "if that doesn't work, I want you to let me know and we can look at XYZ."

Kaitlin is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is the great at listening, being honest, providing options, and making you feel like you may actually know something about how you're feeling and if it's unusual. Only doctor I have ever see that did not immediately dismiss a concern.

My Physician Assistant was organized, efficient and really listened to the symptoms I have had the past couple of weeks. Ordered blood, urine, stomach CT, and a Covid test (even though I tested negative at home, twice). I ended up testing positive for Covid.
