She answered my questions, listened to me and gave me additional information. She was so warm and friendly that I felt very comfortable with her. I appreciated the extra time she spent listening to me. She answered a questioned that I had forgotten to ask earlier and understood when I explained why I had forgotten to ask at the time of the original diagnosis. She gave me a written copy of the explanation and listened patiently while I explained that I was asking because my daughter has a lump in her breast and her doctor wants more info.

She is very knowledgeable and a wonderful caregiver. Ascension is fortunate to have her on their team.

Made sure I understood what my test showed and what I could do. Made the arrangements in a timely manner. I left feeling that my needs would be fulfilled.
