The best counselor ever!
Telehealth
Kamie is a wonderful, deeply empathetic counselor. Kamie is the type of person you want in your corner. She is kind, funny, down to earth, and most importantly, she makes you feel genuinely cared about and supported. In the past 3 years I’ve been her client, Kamie has made a huge difference in my quality of life and my relationship with myself. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and through that she has helped me heal from trauma from childhood, past relationships, and a toxic work environment. She has also helped me develop skills to better manage my ADHD and eating disorder. Kamie is the best counselor I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their mental health.
