Kareigh Tieppo

While Kareigh is pleasant to talk with and very supportive, after over a year and a half of therapy for my husband and me, I don't feel like we are in any better place than before. We talked with her for what I assume a lot working couples do, inequities in duties in the home. I was optimistic at first with specific plans coming out of the Fair Play cards, but nothing really changed. We would talk about something and the next week, the session would start with a vague 'how's it going' but she would never say 'so, last week we talked about and agreed to do XYZ, how is it going?' This would build up over a couple of months for me until I would finally say 'nothing has changed' and then she would say 'really, are you sure absolutely nothing has changed?,' which would then make me feel guilty and try to find something I could say. I don't know how anything can change if you're not holding us accountable for what we talked about and starting over or going in a different direction.
