I've had nothing but an amazing experience with Karen. I've never had a time where she didn't get back to me in a timely fashion. She's always taken her time during our appts and let me know I matter. Her office is easy to find and inviting. I highly recommend her.

I heard great things about her--really, that she is the best in the area, and it was worth "bugging" her because she was generally quite busy. She went WAY above and beyond to help my family.

Karen was great! Really listened to what was going on with my son. We never had a problem with her calling back. Actually, it was completely opposite. I felt she went above and beyond to call after hours and take the time with me either over the phone or in person. We would have stayed with her indefinitely had she been able to take my son's insurance.

I have left multiple telephone messages as well as text messages for Karen over the course of four months. She has yet to talk to me whether by phone or text. If I had a medical emergency I would call 911 - what if I had a non-emergency issue (i.e., medication question, symptoms, etc.) I would be out of luck. I have never had a medical professional so blatantly ignore me. I am filing a complaint with the board of licensure and changing to another mental health professional.
