This PA needs to find a new job where compassion and understanding is not necessary. She does not take the time to listen and understand the issues nor does she seem like she cares about helping and has pre-judged and doesn't really care so just gets rid of you. Her understanding and depth of knowledge seems very limited for the position she holds with your health and well being.
