If this is Karen Egan who works at MAC Concussion, I’m generously gifting one star. She comes in to room & immediately seems professional & nice. Beware! Without asking follow-up questions to initial answers patient gives, she makes loads of assumptions. Better to ask than assume, Karen. Then, it’s clear - her “nice” is a “professional nice” toward patients & not necessarily genuine. She has an inner mean girl. Trust me. Her perceived superiority becomes very clear in the course of a long office visit. Shorter ones, perhaps she can disguise her judgmental preconceived opinions.
