She is very impatient in diagnosing patients. My daughter had symptoms of strep throat (even another nurse onsite said so), but Karen rudely refused to take the samples for testing of strep throat (possibly wanted to avoid taking the trouble to do so, and getting off work early). My daughter tested positive for the strep throat the next day at another clinic. She had to suffer for one more day simply because Karen was rude and impatient with her patient. I saw little or none sense of responsibility in her.
