On more than one occasion she was impatient to conclude our appointment; does not have a good personality; with so many medical professionals to choose from, don't bother with this one

I started seeing Ms Johnson after we moved to town. My initial visit was okay, and I felt like she spent a lot of time listening to my concerns. But she also pushed a "hormone therapy" that is NOT covered by insurance, which would cost hundreds of dollars every few months. I looked into it more at home, and found that there is not evidence of this "therapy" being effective. It's a money-making scheme for these providers. In addition, she ordered blood work even though I wasn't fasting (which she knew), and then the blood work came back skewed. When I had it done later, with another provider, everything was fine. Lots of worry for nothing. The office is also horrible to communicate with. They never called back (and now have an overseas answering service). I needed treatment for an issue, but never did get it taken care of while I was a patient. I have since left and gone to another provider, who got me what I needed in one day.

Highly recommend, very knowledgeable, professional and listens to all questions and explains what is going on with you . Very happy with her care.

She was great and very knowledgeable! She took the time to explain everything and I could just tell she really cares about her patients. Also I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen.

I am impressed and thankful for the quality of care Ms. Karen Johnson provides. She does so much more than the minimum for her patients.
