So so helpful
My experience says it all: I went to a random Aurora urgent care, they were not listening to me, but offered to message Karen to see get her opinion (I have seen Karen in the past). She responded right away and helped them diagnose the issue I was having even tho the appointment was not even with her. She is kind, and wants to help her patients. Wish more Drs and NPs were as helpful as Karen!

She listened to me and gave me suggestions based on what would be beneficial to me and my life. I also liked that she lets you know what shes doing as she does it. Made sure I was comfortable and connected with me on a personal level. Really sweet and compassionate lady!
