My 81 year old dad was in severe pain from kidney failure, and instead of diagnosing his symptom correctly, Karen sent him for an X-ray and advised him eat the BRAT diet to help alleviate his nausea. My dad waited for results from Karens office and called in for the results 2 days later and still didn’t get help. We took him to the hospital where he was diagnosed with kidney failure. When questioned about her decision to send him for an X-ray and why she didn’t draw blood she told me that she had, in fact, advised my dad to go to the ER. My dad said that wasn’t true and I believe him because Karen ordered an X-ray and never followed up. Why order an X-ray for someone who was advised to go to the ER? Doesn’t make sense. In any case the office didn’t own up to their lack of care and then the head doctor (Dr. William Kyle) tried to humiliate me by saying he’s not there to hold my dads hand, and if I cared so much why wasn’t I at the appt with my dad. This medical team lacks compassion, empathy, and a brain. My dad is still in the hospital weeks later all because of Karen Morgan’s incompetence. I’m praying dad is able to recover.
