Very apathetic. Inconsiderate of victims of abusers. Caters more towards abusers than victims. Has no control over traumatizing secretaries. No follow through on complaints. Horrible experience

Karen Morgenthaler as well as her office staff have been polite, easy to work with and very helpful with scheduling of appointments, advice and seem to truly care for their clients. I would be quick to recommend them. I was given help with medicaid qualification and made to feel comfortable which helped greatly.
