I went to see Dr. Dirisio, who was unavailable for the appt. Instead, Karen came in to explain that he was out. Karen not only handled my annoyance that I was not seeing the doctor, she respected my right to wait and offered me the choice about seeing her. I was so glad I did. She was calming, a good listener, compassionate and kind. She explained all that she could to me and gave me various options. She followed through by calling me the next day, as she said she would. I would not hesitate to see her again, if the doctor was unavailable. She stood out as a good health care provider and I felt privileged that I inadvertently got to see her for my visit.

I've seen Karen and this practice many times. They are amazing from the minute you call to the minute you walk out the door. Their assistant knows what she's doing and gets everything done quick. I think everyone just needs to remember this is still a specialist office and their are other patient's I know just the few times I've had to call in an issue it was dealt with right away even when I left a voice mail. I give Dr. DiRisio and his team 1000% thank you all!
