My appointment with Karen was EXCELLENT. I felt like she had reviewed my file in advance which was nice. She was very warm and friendly, which is important to me. I felt like she really listened to me regarding my concerns and complaints, and, even more, actually cared. Her follow-up care has also greatly exceeded my expectations as well. I would very highly recommend her to anyone!
