Karen called my 5 month old baby a fetus although he is a living baby outside of the womb. She also made me feel like I wasn’t telling her the truth about my medical history and my symptoms.She was also gravely uninformed about breastfeeding and told me I would need to quit breastfeeding altogether if I received a certain diagnosis. There was no option to work with her to find an alternative treatment that would allow me to feed my baby beyond the treatment for a minor infection. Stay far away.

I unfortunately had a very poor telehealth visit with Karen. Right off the bat, she treated me like an idiot for using telehealth instead of visiting an urgent care in person. I had been told by the urgent care I could do telehealth for what I needed to be seen for. Even worse, the after-care notes were all inaccurate including the timing of my pregnancy, when I stopped taking medication, and when I had been in contact with my primary care doctor. I don’t think she listened to me at all and was just trying to get rid of me. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a provider. I ended up having to go into urgent care anyway and she didn’t take care of me at all, so it was a complete waste of time and money.
