Terrific therapist- strong mind and heart connection; she expects me to do the work and is tough but not uncaring or unkind. She does give very specific tools and techniques which are so useful and concrete and comforting. She is authentic and wise and I feel very grateful that she is someone I can reach out to when I need to. No games and nothing vague offered. If you are ready to truly embrace and do the work to make change in yourself this is a great therapist for you!

I went to see Ms. Waugh after I had become extremely depressed. My depression resulted in my inability to effectively handle many of my life' issues. Ms. Waugh made me extremely comfortable with her at the first visit and gently guided me to a safer, happier place, My life has truly improved and I feel much healthier! Ms. Waugh is wonderful! If you are willing to do the work, you will see a new you. I did!

Decent therapist overall. However, there came a point when it seemed as though the Ms. Waugh's own issues interfered with the therapeutic relationship, and there were a few negative interactions. It also seemed as though she wanted me to move at the pace SHE felt like I should. Therefore, I needed to find another therapist.
