I love going to this office because everybody there makes me feel at home. Karilin is great at what she does. She takes her time with me and goes over everything in detail. I rate her 10 stars...:):)

Karilin took her time and answered all my questions. I am new to the area so I appreciated her manner which made me feel comfortable that I have found a great practice for my health care needs.

I was very hesitant to be seen by a PA especially when the PA has no experience. I was in the clinic for a pre-op for my upcoming surgery. I asked for an EKG to be done. When the EKG was done. It was abnormal. She recommended for a cardiologist follow up. And she said the all the blood work are normal except for the EKG. She never auscultatled my lungs sounds or my heart sounds. She failed to compare my EKG last year and today's EKG. She did not asked me if I was stressed or if I ever had a chest pain. She just told me that I need to be seen by a cardiologist. I asked her if she can sign that I can have my surgery. She asked for a chest XR. I waited for 5minutes for an order for CXR while I was in the clinic. I told the secretary to please email me the CXR. And you know what? Karilin took 3days to order a CXR. I have to explain lengthy that I need to be cleared. She gave me a hard time just getting a CXR order. She never assessed me when I went in the clinic even though I made myself c

Karilin is quite knowledgeable and professional in her approach to my needs. Has the ability to prediagnose my issues. Thankful to have her as my PA.

Karilin, and the team at Innovative, truly listen to the patient’s needs. She took her time to listen to her concerns, and follow through with suggestions and recommendations. It’s a rare find… And one but I would highly recommend.
