Spouse Death
I saw Dr. Afzal for several months after my husband passed. I think the thing that helped me the most was his encouraging me to find new social activities and to continue my regular lunches and meetings with my friends. He also was very supportive with my starting back to work part-time and my new cat who is very loving. All of this helped me get through my sad times. But it was talking to Dr. Afzal regularly that really helped me. He was so easy to talk to from the very beginning. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
