Wonderfully kind provider. Saw Karin Rondeau for a cold and cough. Karin was on time, professional and caring. Completed the usually appointment stuff and listened to my lungs. Started my medication and even received a follow up phone call a week later to see how I was feeling. Exceptional provider!

I'm not impressed by the care I received from Nurse Rondeau. I described my symptoms, then she examined me. She said she found nothing wrong, but I still had the same symptoms. She referred me to another nurse, at a different practice, who also told me she found nothing wrong and dismissed me. I again inquired with Nurse Rondeau regarding the results of lab work she ordered. She told me she had no concerns and said "Have a great summer." So, under the care of Ms. Rondeau, I received no diagnosis and I was excused still feeling ill.
