I had a video appt with NP Dezorzi through the SD VA that I can only describe as disgusting. She never introduced herself, smiled, or stated the purpose of the appt (which I later learned was to refill my meds) How is an NP allowed to prescribe psychiatric medication? Something is WRONG here. After 10 minutes of me waiting while she is typing, reading, and ignoring me she goes into this Q&A about my age, marital status, education etc. I'm agitated because the appt is halfway over and we have gotten nowhere. She is the 6th "DR" I've seen so all the info she is asking is already there. I ask when (if at all) during this appt I am able to speak to her other than the Q&A and she ignores me and tells me that she is putting that I am being resistant, uncooperative and refusing to answer questions in my file. Ummm no. I start recording for my own protection. I have 5 minutes of her inhumane cold line of questioning that felt like a prisoner being interrogated, not a "DR" who is there to help.

No I have to admit I’ve had some pretty bad treatment here in La Jolla VA. I’ve heard it all from “relax were doing you a favor” from an ER nurse Renke & this saga that’s been since last December. This person is a VA provider who refuses to fill out leave papers correctly, causing delays in disability processing, causing great financial & emotional distress. Now This RNP Is jeopardizing my job currently by not filling out the FMLA forms correctly so I can go to the REQUIRED VA MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. MANDATORY FORMS Required by HER are continually returned because she Doesn’t know what she is doing! She lied denying even filling out forms when I have her signature clearly on it! If you need a professional that knows how to document correctly and doesn’t try and put the blame on you for her inadequacy don’t go to her!!! Very unprofessional & degrading NURSE NOT A DOCTOR EITHER ALTHOUGH SHE CALLS HERSELF ONE
