I should of learned the first time when she cancelled my appointment 1 hour before, and never responded in order to rebook after calls and texts. I eventually rebooked online, she was there and the massage was good. Her rates were reasonable so I thought I'd book again. I received 3 confirmations and arrived to find a locked building stating she was closed. No returned texts or calls--what a waste of time. So unprofessional-based on other reviews this is her MO.

This is a complete scam. I bought a groupon for my girlfriend and she cancelled the first scheduled appointment, and proceeded to completely avoid calls about the second one which she never showed up to. This business needs to end, promptly. What a joke. Scam scam scam!

After a month of scheduling and multiple emailed remainders from Karla's office, she never showed up for our appointment. Worse -- she never sent an apology or any explanation.
Things happen, but -- as a professional -- she needs to communicate with her clients/patients. Avoid this person if you value your time.

If I could leave a minus before the stars I would, I toolbar an appt. Which she confirmed 2 times, then when I got there she wasn't there and she never showed up, I tried texting and calling her and she never responded.

I too didn't see the negative reviews on Facebook and Google before buying a Groupon to see Karla at Pasa Therapeutics in Arvada, CO. I had an appointment scheduled with her 8/17/17 which she confirmed twice via text, however, when I arrived the building was closed, locked, dark inside with no answer. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes in case she was running late, and she did not respond to texts, calls or voicemails. I contacted Groupon for a refund and will be contacting the BBB!

Bought a Groupon for a 90-minute massage to occur on May 7 2017. She confirmed 3 times with me via text/email/phone. She never showed up and never contacted me. I am writing reviews to ensure others learn about her and I have contacted Groupon so they know as well. I will contact the building she works in so they know and I have contacted Consumer Affairs as well.
