Dr. Kilmer has a down to earth and level headed approach that makes me feel comfortable and confident in my sessions. She offers insights and pathways to help me deal with my issues that I probably wouldn’t have understood or known about had she not discussed them with me. I truly appreciate all her efforts and advice.
