As a new patient coming from the Bay Area, I am very thankful to find my family doctor/ nurse Karri Fraczek working at Los Altos branch in Sparks. Every time I have any medical issue, whether it is big or small, I can always count on her and/or her medical assistant to reply to my questions / emails within hours or the latest is the next day. She always refers me to the proper department as needed.
