Not good with mental health patients

I saw Karyn for help with my mental health and she has no bedside manner. I expressed how much I was dealing with and how significantly it was affecting my mental/physical health. I couldn't function at work, I couldn't stand being home, I couldn't sleep, couldn't eat. I had no enjoyment in my daily life. Instead of giving me support, she made me feel even worse about what I was experiencing by saying that if I just left my job, I would feel better and there was nothing else she could do. Will not ever see her again.
