I sent files prior to my appointment and was told that they were reviewed. They were not reviewed prior to my making my appt and Kate Crow only looked at some of my results. She could not interpret the raw data and claimed she didn't get it, then said she got it an hour before even though I was rather specific in my appointment request. She couldn't comment on the raw data. When I mentioned my medical history she said she didn't see it on the list. I am so sorry I can't include all information from all 24 doctors! She dismissed concerns from my drs, including genetic variants that have already been clinically correlated. She automatically said I don't think you have xyz, without being able to interpret the tests, without knowing my history apparently, and dismissing things I brought up. She also said that my immunologist wasn't concerned about certain tests, but that was not true. She got all upset. Try to develop some listening skills and ask questions rather than assume.
