I saw her after my NP had left my Drs practice. I have been a patient at my Desk office for over 7yrs and he took over my treatment for my rare condition from a specialist. She changed my treatment which I was told years ago is dangerous for anyone to do abruptly, that I could die from having a medicine abruptly stopped or incorrectly reduced. I did not see her call my Dr that is in charge of my care, before doing this. It has caused great emotional harm to me because I have PTSD and anxiety related to poor medical care in my life and my health, some things have nearly killed me. I'm in fight or flight mode right now for 24hrs. She is very robotic like, does not listen and misjudged me due to my medicine. She did not listen to a nurse that knows about my care for many years either. I do not recommend her to anyone for anything. Bedside manners are imperative in healthcare, especially for chronically I'll patients like myself with rare brain conditions.
