She was polite and courteous, would definitely recommend.

Took her time. explained all my queries . Very calm and well behaved.

This was my firs time seeing Katie. I was very pleased with her. She was very easy to talk to and talked through everything. She was very gentle and kind. The whole office was kind.

Was not aware that I was not getting an ultrasound at todays appointment so was a little bummed about that. I was asked how I was feeling 3 separate times even though my answer the first two times was that I was feeling fine and had no real complaints other than some slight ligament pain. She was not very helpful in explaining why I might want the next genetic testing option and just told me “it was up to me” if I wanted it. She did explain through some of the next appointments and what they were for for clarification since I was not in the loop on what todays appointment entailed, but overall did not have the best vibes, felt like the appointment was silly and could have been done over the phone other than hearing my baby’s heartbeat. Hoping the next time I see her will be a better experience! She was quiet and nice but not as welcoming as I would have hoped.

My visit was great, everyone I worked with were professional, polite, and tentative. The procedure I had was quick and as pleasant as it can be. I had a wonderful experience with Katherine and staff.

Ms. Katherine Bangs PA was so nice. The appointment was not rushed and she took the time to answer all the questions I had. Most of my other appointments I have not had many questions, but the closer I've come to actually giving birth there are more things on my mind. Ms. Bangs was thorough and concise. I feel well informed and relieved.
