On the recommendation of my neighbor, I started seeing Katie for therpy to treat my shoulder and a subsequent nerve issue after surgery. She is friendly, attentive, and communicated well throughout my recovery. I was most impressed with the extra time she took getting to know about my daily life, my hobbies, and the physical demands of my job. With that info in mind, she came up with a treatment plan aimed at achieving my personal goals to get me back to the things I love doing without feeling overwhelmed by the long recovery time. Having a plan laid out in small, attainable steps, I was able to see progress immediately and it made recoving and getting back to normal life much quicker and easier than I had ever thought. I had a few minor setbacks along the way, but Katie was there to support me and push me to stay motivated to reach the goals I set. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist.
