I saw Katie in urgent care for what I suspected was appendicitis. I was hoping to avoid the emergency room and she helped me get the testing I needed and get into surgery without having to visit the ER (saving me a lot of money I'm sure)! She was also very kind and addressed my concerns and fears. She took the time to give me my test results personally and direct me in the next steps of going to the hospital for surgery. She was so compassionate and I'd recommend her to anyone!
