ZERO ! I wish there was an option to leave 0. I had an appointment at 4pm, got late in a traffic and called in 4:07 PM that I will be there in 5 min. This nurse practitioner refused to see me even though I literally begged the whole team. The front desk went back and forth to her and she kept telling them she will not see me even though I insisted on. I just needed routine follow-up and advise from her. This nurse practitioner lacks basic ethic and doesn't care about you at all. It beats the whole purpose of the profession and the institution. I changed my primary care right there on the spot today and will not recommend her to anyone. Not warm or friendly appoach at all ! Do not book with her !

She is horrible. Zero follow through, sent my father to an out of network hospital which ended up costing him his life. Our family was frustrated and needed guidance, I called Racanelli to help us. She told she couldn’t help since he was in an out of network hospital! She sent him there!!! Stay clear of her. Talking to her on the phone for 5 minutes and I quickly realized she is not someone you want to get medical advice from.

Dr. Racanelli was very patient and explained her diagnosis for me carefully. She was comforting and helped me feel confident that I would get better. Her bedside manner is unmatched and I knew that she genuinely cared about me getting better when I went to see her.
