Everything about my visits have been great. From front desk to X-ray technicians, the assistants and of course Katherine always offer me excellent treatment. Always courteous and they answer all my questions.

Express visit
Dr. Katherine is knowledgeable doctor but on the other side she is very busy. She didn’t spent much time with me concerning my pain, she didn’t explain issue and she didn’t discuss my x-ray with me. She suggested 2 solutions. Also even after explaining her my lifestyle she didn’t have proper solution for me, which I searched online and I found it. I may not go back to her or recommend her.

Amazing bedside manner!
I did a walk in due to some sciatica pain, had a little bit of a wait; nothing crazy! I would have waited hours for this DOCTOR! She was absolutely amazing! She listened to me! Didn’t talk over me and she heard what pain I was experiencing! I will recommend her to everyone!

Sharp, attentive, and compassionate!
Not comfortable sharing my personal health info but she was very helpful and I did not feel like I was being rushed out the door like most office visits in recent years. I believe she cares about her patients and would go back if needed

Dr. Robinson is very knowledgeable and understood exactly the pain I was having in my shoulders she even gave me tips on how to exercise to help with the pain and healing of my shoulders highly recommend her

Just right.
Listened to my complaint, but more importantly listened to what I was asking her to do about it. All to often providers see their patients and make a treatment plan without considering the recovery goals of the patient. Was professional and would recommend.

I came to your practice with extreme pain in my neck and shoulder, your staff was great .They took care of me with getting my MRIs approved dealing with the insurance company and getting issues resolved quickly. I cant thank them enough for their help and the care they provided, everybody was great. I would recommend this practice to anybody.... Thank you to Katherine and the entire staff

I chose this location because of how friendly everyone was that I spoke to on the phone prior to making an appointment. Very friendly, helpful & questions I asked were answered.. They were very sincere and did not make me feel stupid when answering my questions. Upon arrival to clinic, the friendly and professional attitudes continued. I will recommend thus clinic to everyone who ask where they should go.
