Since this block is character limited, I will put it in bullet form.
* Uncaring, snobby and rude staff
* Refuses to be accommodating for long distance, simple situations
(Submitting data via fax, instead of being on a medical bus for 6 hours for a 15 min appt)
* Manager very stuffy and rude. All of her responses were "Sorry for the inconvenience".
* I made it clear, they did not care about the patient at all, just getting to bill the insurance.

Absolutely the best! I’ve been on a rollercoaster with my diabetes journey. Her team and her have went above and beyond to help me through it! They have been more than patient with helping me take control of my diabetes. When I finally came to terms that it was time to upgrade my outdated glued together Animas pump Katherine and her team worked together to get me through the process of ordering a new one that day!

She is the only provider I've ever been to who actually takes the time to listen to me and explains things so that I can understand. She's very kind and personable and seems to know what she's doing. I would recommend her to anyone
