I used this counselor for my 15 year old daughter. Everything seemed well with the exception of one encounter. I mistakenly forgot about her appointment which was scheduled this Wednesday at 4pm so when she reached out to see if we would make it I told her no not realizing the appointment was scheduled today. Well I quickly realized my mistaken and told her my daughter would be on shortly. But before my daughter could get online Ms. Turner sent a text stating the following,“ Thanks for letting me know. It would help me manage my time if she let me know in advance and to respect our scheduled appointment times”I found this to be very unprofessional and she definitely could’ve phrased this a better way. I explained to her I work overnight in law enforcement and I apologize for the misunderstanding. Well she finally met my daughter online and rescheduled which was fine but just the way she handled this simple situation was uncalled for.
