BEWARE.. We paid the total bill at time of service and then I checked with our HUMANA insurance and they decided to pay the claim and sent money to Dr. Buffington and she shorted my refund. And again I paid the bill in FULL when service was rendered. It also took 2 months of calling repeatedly to get the partial refund. Again BEWARE !
