Extremely thorough explanations with visual aids, humor, and warmth. She is clearly very knowledgable. She was exactly on time and spent a full hour going over everything with me. She made sure I didn't have any further questions at that time, gave me her card and invited me to email her with any questions and concerns before our next appointment.
