Kathy was void of compassion and unable to handle a child who has ASD &/or behavioral issues. The space she is using is ill-suited & in her own words “unsafe” for young children. She physically restrained my daughter in front of me as I watched her crying out in complete terror. This interaction went south in a matter of minutes. Kathy was upset my daughter yelled at her. She then proceeded to take away the toy my daughter was using and when my autistic child reacted as expected (upset) she held it up in the air. She was literally taunting a small child. My daughter burst into tears and tried to run away. This was when she grabbed her from behind and crossed my daughters arms in front of her and then held her arms from behind. I tried to intervene & Kathy stopped me. I felt so helpless as my daughter stared at my face in horror with a feeling of betrayal & fright. The next day I was emailed saying she would not see my child.
