My provider went on maternity leave and Kathleen was assigned to me in the interim. She refused to complete FML/ADA paperwork for me and said “she doesn’t think an employer should have to pay for *insert realistic & common accommodation request*” and “she only approves leave for emergencies”. She told me I’d have to wait 8+ weeks for my provider to return to fill out the paperwork, which is just ridiculous. Also, the audacity of her to say she doesn’t think an employer should pay for an accommodation that would help me in the workplace says a lot about her character. I help my employer have record earnings for 2 years, so yes I’d say the accommodations are worth it. I can tell she’s one to let you fall into a mental health crisis instead of being proactive and that’s very sad. I can also tell that she is not a service oriented person and is not likely in her profession to help others. Run.

Very caring doctor who takes the time to listen, and won't just keep adding meds on top of meds. Definitely recommend!
