At one point, Dr Janel recommended 100 mcg of a medication for my daughter's condition. My wife asked if we could try a smaller dose at 50 mcg, which Dr Janel agreed. The 50 mcg dose was not working, so my wife reverted to Dr Janel's originally recommended 100 mcg (which helped) and then informed Dr Janel. To our shock, Dr. Janel said she would not support working with people who would change medication dosages on their own (even though we were going with her original recommendation and then kept her in the loop). She sent us a letter 'firing' us. There was no discussion, no advance warning, no compassion for helping my daughter, no responsibility for her failure to communicate her stringent requirements, and no attempt to even just say 'please don't let it happen again'. When I diplomatically pointed out where she could have handled herself better, Dr Janel did not respond and instead completely cut off our access to our online portal and its associated documents, history, etc.

What a scam!! All she seems to care about is her paycheck. Double charged twice for blood work and cannot get my results unless I pay a $250.00 office visit. Total scam.

Dr. J is such a sweetheart! She is kind, honest, knowledgeable, punctual, and motivated to help patients make changes for themselves. Her staff is excellent and her treatment suggestions thorough. I've had huge improvement in my allergies, gut stuff, and autoimmunity. Thanks doc!

Misdiagnosed with sinus infection, when it was a uterus infection. Wouldn't listen to me and said it was just my digestive issues.

Dr. Janel is very knowledgeable in her field, and sincerely cares about her patients well being. She was able to help me although I had been to 4 other Gastroenterologist's who gave me little hope. And since then she has helped me overcome many other problems, such as fatty liver, and H. pylori to name a few. She stays up to date with current medical treatments, and is patient with her clients and has no problem answering your questions in detail.

Dr. Janel really helped me with some debilitating digestive issues that I tried to work out with many doctors and therapies for over 10 years and couldn't improve! She is super smart and very helpful, guiding me through a protocol that finally helped resolve the problems. She was sensitive about not throwing too many tests, vitamins and supplements my way which I really appreciated since they are expensive. I highly recommend her.
